Hi, ek het al 3 comradese gedoen 2000, 2001 en 2003. Ek het Don Oliver se training program gedoen. My tye was 10.25, 10,20 en 10.45. Ek is nou 50. Het n baie besige werksprogram. 1. Wil weet of dit n beter program ve my gaan wees omdat daar meer rusdae is? 2. Wat van wedlope. As jy bv. Saterdag n wedloop wil doen. Doen jy dan Sondag weer jou longrun soos op program. Ek dink ek kan nog die sub 11 doen.
