The Comrades Marathon Association will present six (6) Seminars across South Africa as part of the Bonitas Comrades Novice Project.

Topics to be covered in detail include:

· What to do now?
· Comrades Goals
· Injury Prevention
· Tapering
· Last three weeks
· Last three days
· Race Day
· Seconding
· Nutrition

All these will be tackled by the Comrades Coach Lindsey Parry

Bruce Fordyce, the 9 times Comrades Marathon winner will be present to offer the Novices some valuable advice and tips. Bruce has a wealth of information to share with the novices, information that will help them as they train and line up on race day.

Brad Brown, will explain how the Race4Charity initiative works and how novices can contribute to the Amabeadibeadi Charity Campaign and get themselves into a special seeding batch on Race Day.

On top of this, novices will have a chance to direct their questions to the panel.
