Nicki is accredited by the South African Sports Commission and has worked with Olympic and national athletes.

The seminars are part of the exciting Bonitas Comrades Novice Project and helps novice runners to find their rhythm, adopt a running style and run a safe race. The seminar presents the first time runners an opportunity to ask the coach and the nutritionist questions on injury prevention, fuelling techniques and post-race recovery.

The Comrades Marathon is one of the world’s toughest ultra-marathons and the national obsession with distance is evident in the growing number of novices that seek the hills, heartbreak and the thrill of Comrades. This year’s guest speakers include Comrades legend Bryce Fordyce, defending champion Claude Moshiywa and Phindi Gule, who went from novice to medal in her very first Comrades.
