    I am preparing for the Comrades Marathon. I have new shoes am using for my preparation runs. How much mileage is advisable on the shoes before the actual race to ensure maximum optimal cushioning?

    Sure Sabelo your shoes need about 100km milleage on the before race day, so i think your shoes should be fine come the 2nd of June 2013
